Anigmation provides software tools and platforms related to AI-powered game development, NPC behavior systems, and related technologies. Features may change over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
  • Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
  • Use the Services to infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Services are owned by or licensed to Anigmation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal or commercial purposes as permitted by your subscription.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Services may require payment.

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anigmation and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Prague, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
